Personal information may be collected by way of forms filled out by individuals (including via online forms), emails, telephone conversations, online user-generated content, social media and market research, face-to-face meetings and consultations.

websites and therefore are not responsible for the collection or handling of

Supply and Sale of images to client
I have created fabulous images of you, for you. They are not for you to sell or to use for commercial purposes, unless agreed for your social media and personal branding.
Online Gallery and proofs of photographs
You are not permitted to copy in any way, any online or any format of proofs of your photographs. You have commissioned me to undertake professional photographs of you for a fee. Ownership of the photographs, both in printed form and digital files will transfer to you, the client, once payment is made in full. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee if we need to pursue you to pay your account.
Intellectual property
The Photographer is the owner of the intellectual property created by the Photographer in the course of the Services, including but not limited to the Photographs, digital or electronic material, transparencies, negatives and prints relating to the Photographs.
The Photographer retains all rights and ownership in the Photographs and any negatives (or digital equivalent) from which the Photographs are derived. No interest in the negatives (and/or digital equivalent) is assigned or licensed to the Client by this Agreement, unless expressly specified in the Summary. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Photographer is not responsible for storing or archiving the Photographs.
